Al-Qaeda Senses Obama’s Weakness

With the Obama administration moving forward on the closing of Gitmo and the announcement of the KSM trial being moved to New York, Al-Qaeda senses the weakness of the  United States. The KSM trial is going to be a circus and will give the terrorists all the attention they want. The weakness is really an unwillingness to be aggressive with terrorism.

Along with Gitmo and the KSM trial we have Iran, one of the biggest supporters of terrorism, who has basically thumbed its nose at the US without any repercussions. For several years now they have moved full speed ahead with the goal of obtaining nuclear weapons. They have made it clear that they intend to use these weapons to wipe Israel of the map. Besides being hit with some meaningless UN resolutions, nothing has been done to stop them. In fact, I believe the US has probably stopped Israel from going in and taking the nuclear sites out.

Obama took months to respond to his generals request for more troops in Afghanastan. While vacillating we lost several brave Americans and emboldened the Taliban to keep fighting.

Three of our Navy Seals are facing court martial for giving a terrorist a fat lip while risking their lives to capture him alive. This is insane!

It has taken Obama almost 4 days to respond to the latest act of terrorism on Christmas day. The attacker should have been immediately turned over to the military for interrogation. But it appears that we decided to treat his wounds and charge him with trying to destroy a plane. He was trying to kill hundreds if not thousands of people! He is an enemy combatant! It appears that the administration either doesn’t want to do anything or doesn’t know what to do. In either case, we are displaying a weakness to those who intend to harm us.

Al-Qaeda seems to have set up shop in Yemen and we have done very little to hinder them. We have bombed a few training camps, but this is not enough. We need to go in after them and destroy them with full force. No more playing games.

Rest assured, we are going to be attacked again and probably with more frequency thanks to the weakness of this administration. Radical Islamic terrorists know we have a very weak, almost empathic leader and they are going to take full advantage of it.
